JomSocial team added Copyright information at the footer of emails, so you can add some text in configuration. There is list of others improvements:

Add login area if My Events, My Groups, My Moves, My Photos area is linked as Public;

Sort front-end category listing alphabetically;

More robust ajax calls;

Plugin configuration is now translatable;

Hide any path-info in cron report;

Use higher image resize quality for smaller target image;

Implement ->countModule within JomSocial template;

Link to unsubscribe email in email footer.
In conclusion, I am very pleased with the numerous amendments, but it worries me that with each release is less interesting features of which are still users asking for.
